Brought to you by the elite coaches and athletes of Kinetic Track Squad we will work with you to improve your understanding of sprinting, refine your technique and teach you the methods we use to ensure we are always top of our game.

Sessions will be lead by;

Athlete Coaches will include;

Rhiannon Clarke – World and Commonwealth Medallist 

Brianna Beahan - World & Commonwealth Games Representative 

Sophie White – Youth Olympic Medallist

A chance for young athletes to work with our international representatives and medallists to develop their skills and knowledge in the basic run, jump and throws events though fun games and activities.
