Introducing Kinetic Development Squad!

The Kinetic Development Squad is a unique training program designed specifically for young athletes aged 10 to 13 who are passionate about sprinting and jumps-based skills. Whether your child is just beginning their track and field journey or already showing promise in athletics, this squad provides an ideal environment for them to develop their speed, coordination, and technical skills.

Our sessions focus on fundamental sprinting mechanics, explosive power, and essential jump techniques, ensuring young athletes gain a solid foundation in track and field. The training is structured to not only improve athletic performance but also to foster confidence, discipline, and a love for sport. This is also a disability-inclusive session, welcoming athletes with ambulant disabilities to ensure everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive in track and field.

When: Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm

Where: Kingsway (Exact location will be confirmed upon application)

Who: 9-13 year olds

Cost: $20 per session

Places are strictly limited to ensure session quality for all.
